Intern Lecture Series

Here in Utah all of us interns have to prepare a lecture for "Intern Lecture Series." It's really low-key and only for the other interns. Much less scary than the other presentations we have to do in residency. Most of us pick a topic of personal interest...we've learned about ski injuries, twins (from one of the three twins in our class!), refugee medicine, physician writers...it's been really fun. Anyway, I'm up this Friday and am giving a talk about body image. It's one of my pet areas of interest, so I'm pretty excited about it. And, no, I'm not going to say that Barbie and Keira Knightley cause anorexia.
